Estuve más de un año buscando la casa perfecta para mi. Me contacte con varios realtor pero ninguno tenía resultado. Al encontrar a José lo que había tardado años se convirtió solo en 1 mes y medio. El mejor realtor que yo e conocido cuando la compañía donde vas a comprar la casa no te da el refrigerador y lavadora y secadora Jose L Arroyo te los da sin problema El me dio los electrodomésticos y mi esposa y yo estamos felices porque el nos ayudó al 💯 % con todo. José Arroyo Diaz is a true professional, from the first appointment with him until after closing, he never leaves you alone or with unanswered questions. The most I liked about José is the incredible patience he has. If you work with him, I'm sure you'll come back, I know I will. I just need to add, don't forget to hire a real estate attorney. I didn't do it, and that's why the mortgage company took advantage of that by offering a 25-year term, but I wanted 30 years. If I did not accept the 25-year term, I would lose the escrow money. To top it all off the assessor's office after I applied for homestead, the assessment was $4,498 in property taxes on a house that wasbuilt in 2003. For that reason, the monthly payment increased to $2830 per month. No matter how good the realtor is, again don't buy houses without a real estate attorney. José Arroyo Diaz es un verdadero profesional, desde la primera cita con él hasta después del cierre, nunca te deja solo o con preguntas sin responder. Lo que más me gustó de José es la increíble paciencia que tiene. Si trabajan con él, estoy seguro de que volverán, sé que lo harán. Yo sí voy a volver. Sólo necesito agregar, no olvide contratar a un abogado de bienes raíces. Yo no lo hice y por eso la compañía hipotecaria aprovechó eso ofreciéndome un plazo de 25 años, pero yo quería 30 años. Si no aceptaba el plazo de 25 años, perdería el dinero del depósito en garantía. Para colmo, en la oficina del tasador, después de que solicité en homestead, la tasación fue de $4,498 en impuestos a la propiedad. Por esa razón el pago mensual aumentó a $2830 por mes. This man jose is the best real estate agent i have ever worked with i consider him a close friend he stuck with me for over a year helped me find my family's dream home he always answered the phone he was honest , hard working , and fought tooth and nail for me to have the best deal he is the real deal every home i purchase in the future will be with jose if i could give 6 stars i would very happy with my experience .
